11 people charged following raids across North West

Detectives from the North West Regional Organised Crime Unit (NWROCU) have charged 10 men and a woman this afternoon following a search of 12 properties across the North West. On Wednesday, January 15, warrants were carried out across Cheshire, Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Merseyside, and North Wales as part of a NWROCU investigation into a drugs conspiracy.

This coordinated operation led to the arrest and charging of the following individuals:

  • Jack Donegan, 28, of Briers Close, Warrington was charged with conspiracy to supply a class A drugs and conspiracy to Supply Ketamine
  • Phil Moores, 56, of Fawcett, Skelmersdale was charged with conspiracy to supply a Class A drug and conspiracy to Supply Ketamine
  • John Anderson, 41, of Elmstead, Skelmersdale was charged with conspiracy to supply a Class A controlled drug
  • Keith Rowlands, 59, of Maes Gwynedd, Caenarfon was charged with conspiracy to supply a Class A controlled drug
  • Stephen Joel Craven, 41, of Kingsbury Court, Skelmersdale was charged with conspiracy to supply a Class A controlled drug
  • Sean Windsor, 33, of Parsonage Road, Skelmersdale was charged with conspiracy to supply a Class A controlled drug
  • Rob Haworth, 51, of Tulip Close, Haydock was charged with conspiracy to supply a Class A controlled drug
  • Michelle Cornock, 51, of Ivydale, Skelmersdale was charged with conspiracy to supply a Class A controlled drug, possession with intent to supply a Class B controlled drug
  • Kelvin Pledger, 37, of Harsnips, Shelmersdale was charged with conspiracy to supply a Class A controlled drug
  • Mark Lloyd, 48, of Thornton Road, Worsley was charged with conspiracy to supply a Class A controlled drug
  • Glen Cavanagh, 56, of Greenville Court, Cheadle was charged with conspiracy to supply a Class A controlled drug

They have all been remanded and are due to appear at magistrates court tomorrow morning (Friday January 17). A 25 year old woman from Warrington has been bailed pending further investigation.
