The video then showcases her partner demonstrating the clever technique they’ve coined “the Treerito” (tree burrito).
It begins with him spreading an old sheet on the floor and carefully tilting the tree over so it lies flat on the fabric, ensuring that its branches don’t come into contact with the carpet. He proceeds to roll the tree up in the sheet much like a burrito, subsequently hoisting the tree effortlessly out of their home using handles created from the sheet corners — remarkably without dropping any needles.
Jenny touts the method as a game-changer, claiming it turns “typically a two-person job” into a solo venture. She adds: Before I was married my 5’2 friend and I carried my tree out this way. It may not work for a larger tree though.”
