A 25-year-old man was found with a stab wound at the junction of Oxford Street and South Malton Street. He’s been taken to hospital but the seriousness of his injuries are not currently known.

No arrests have been made. Photos shared on X shortly after 8am show a Met Police officer stationed by a cordon with blue police tape starting at Boots and stretching down the road between James Street and Holles Street. The picture was accompanied with the caption “Oxford Street cordoned off this morning. Something about a stabbing last night or wee hours of the morning.”
