The Radford family is starting 2025 with a bang after announcing the start date of their new TV series.
After disappointment among fans that the hit Channel 5 show would not have a Christmas special, Sue and Noel have delighted their thousands of followers by confirming their next series will begin this weekend. However, it is back with a twist as a post shared on the family’s Instagram page showed it with a new name.
Instead of ’22 Kids and Counting’, it is now called ’22 Kids and a Wedding’. It is not clear if this is permanent name change or a one-off for the first episode.
The documentary follows the parents of Britain’s biggest family, Sue and Noel as their eldest daughter Millie prepares for her wedding to Harley after a romantic proposal in Florida. A TV Guide listing states: “But with the stresses of life, work and children, their relationship is put under duress and with differing opinions about venue, dress and rings, will they get as far as the aisle?”
The Sky listing also says: “We’re back with a brand-new series following the lives of Britain’s Biggest Family, the Radford’s. It’s been forever since a Radford wedding, but at long, long last, one is coming!”
In a post to their 539,000 Instagram followers today (January 1), the Radford’s said: “Happy new year everyone. We are starting the year off with our brand new series that’s on this Sunday ch5 8pm we hope you will be watching.”
