The retailer is asking people to fill out a simply survey to be in with a chance of winning

Imagine starting 2025 with £100 to spend in one of your favourite stores. Well, shoppers could scoop a £100 gift card to spend in Primark stores.
To be in with a chance of winning the prize shoppers simply need to fill out a quick online survey via email to help Primark improve its shopping experience for customers. The retailer said: “We’re always looking for ways to improve. Answer a few quick questions to help us shape an even better shopping experience at Primark. Take part and you’ll have the chance to win a £100 Primark gift card* to spend in store.”
To enter the competition shoppers must sign up to Primark emails via the website and follow the simple survey. They’ll need to be over 18 and enter their date of birth to get started.
The first four questions let Primark get to know the shopper. It asks for your gender, yearly household income before tax or any other deductions, your relationship status and any children.
Then, it asks how you like to shop. It wants to know which fashion brands and clothes retailers you shop at and gives you the options of a few from Zara to H&M and Shein. It then asks which categories you buy from, how often you buy and how much you usually spend each month.
In section three, the retailer asks ‘why Primark?’ Wanting to know what percentage of your total monthly spend on fashion is with Primark, how much you normally spend each time you shop at Primark, either in-store or online and how often you shop at Primark.
It then asks how much time you spend online, which sources do you use to find information about brands, products, or services and where would you spend most of your time online. Finally, it wants to know what influences how you shop online, what factors matter the most when buying clothes and what is the main reason you would visit the retailer.
