An urgent search is underway for a 13-year-old boy who has been missing since New Year’s Eve.
Matthew was last seen in the Bowland Fold area of Lancaster at around 6.30am on December 31.
He had a black hoodie on at the time, with white writing on the black and black trainers on.
Police said he could be wearing dark green or black trousers.
After days investigating without success, officers have turned to the public.

Appealing for information, a spokesman said: ‘We are now asking for your help.
‘Matthew is 5ft tall, of a slim build with dirty blonde hair that is long on top and brown eyes.
‘He has links to Lancaster, Morecambe and Wigan.
‘If you see Matthew, phone 999.’
