In an engaging reel, based in a supermarket, Thomas gave his followers the lowdown on which fruits to introduce into their diets, explaining: “The most healthy fat is avocado. The most potassium is banana.”

But he didn’t stop there—he went on to advise that grapes are rich in natural sugars and berries boast the highest levels of antioxidants.

Thomas also tackled a common misconception regarding fruit’s vitamin content, pointing out that kiwis, not oranges, have the highest amount of Vitamin C, while highlighting that mangos and avocados lead the pack with their respective high contents of Vitamin A and magnesium.

Thomas addressed sceptics in a straightforward manner, declaring: “A lot of people say you shouldn’t eat fruit to try and lose weight, but, without sounding rude, they’re just idiots. Fruit is one of the most nutrient-rich foods for your diet, but they’re not the only food that help you lose fat.”
