The AeroPress promises ‘smooth, rich, grit-free coffee with a delicious, full-bodied finish’. It uses three-in-one patented technology that combines agitation and pressure with micro-filtration.
The machine works by pushing hot water through the grinds to quickly aerate the coffee and extract the freshest flavours. The gadget promises to eliminate bitterness and acidity for a full-bodied cup of coffee.
