It’s Sunday, which means it’s a new week tomorrow and with most people finally back to work after the festive period it seems like no better time to put your new year, new me resolutions into full swing. Many of us will be starting the year with the mindset of being fit and healthy for 2025.
To make those resolutions easier, B&M has launched its new ‘My Strength & My Health’ range, with all the health and fitness equipment and accessories you need to achieve those 2025 goals. The range has everything from weights and yoga mats to water bottles and meal prep containers.
B&M launches its “gorgeous” new range on Instagram with a video. It was captioned: “Shop the NEW B&M My Strength & My Health range with us! Looking to start the #NewYear off with brand-new fitness accessories? This fab new range from B&M has everything you need to level up your fitness goals!

In the video B&M shows its new My Strength range including its £20 boxing gloves and pads set, 4KG kettle bell (£4), yoga mat (£6) and other gym equipment. It also has tracker water bottles on sale for just £4 and collapsible meal prep containers for £3. Nutritious foods are also on sale for discounted prices in stores. Shoppers have called the new range “amazing.” Blooms_abroad said: “Amazing” and Homeorganised_at_no10 also said: “Oh wow.”
