Man, 34, charged with stalking and criminal damage after business targeted

He has appeared in court where he was remanded into custody

A man has been charged with stalking and criminal damage. Colin Cooper, 34, of Waterside Gardens, Bolton, was charged with six offences of criminal damage relating to a property and businesses in the Sandon Road area of Hillside in December 2024.

The stalking charge relates to an allegation between March 2024 and December 2024 that he pursued a course of conduct against a business owner by targeting their place of work, causing damage to their business and making unwanted calls.
