Appeal following reports of ASB from off-road bikers among latest crimes

Anti-social behaviour involving people riding motorbikes on private land has been reported to Gloucestershire police over the past few days. Other incidents which have also been reported include multiple bikes being stolen and burglaries which have taken place.

Forest of Dean: We are aware of an incidents of Antisocial Behaviour involving off road motorbikes in the Forest of Dean area. On January 4, 2025, Gloucestershire police received reports of off road bikes in the Forest area riding on private land. If bikers are caught then bikes can be seized under section 59 Anti-Social Behaviour with a vehicle. If any offences are committed then persons will be prosecuted. Leighterton, Tetbury: On Monday January 6, 2025 between the hours of 3.30pm and 9.05pm, a vehicle was been stolen form a driveway without keys. This happened in the area of Leighterton. Discription of the vehicle is a black Land Rover Discovery model year 2016. Gloucestershire police ask that you to stay vigilant and report any suspicious behaviour. Daylesford, Cotswolds: On January 6, a property in Daylesford was made aware of at least two men at approx 1.30am on site. It was subsequently found that a window had been forced, but no entry gained. Police would be interested in any sightings of a BMW (Blue) which has been seen in the area. If you have any CCTV footage, including doorbell or other video footage and/or images which could help with our investigation, Gloucestershire police would like to hear from you. Paxford, Cotswolds: On January 6 a property in Paxford was burgled by a group of at least two men at approx 3.30am. The men forced their way into the property and stole items, including the keys to a vehicle Volkswagen Golf (Blue). Police would also be interested in any sightings of a BMW (Blue) which has been seen in the area. If you have any CCTV footage, including doorbell or other video footage and/or images which could help with the investigation, Gloucestershire police would like to hear from you. Shakespeare Avenue, Gloucester: A shed was entered in Shakespeare Avenue Gloucester. A ‘Scott’ mountain bike was stolen. This occurred on January 3 . Green at Norton: A garage was entered in the Green at Norton. A ‘Specialised’ electric bike was stolen. This occurred between the 3rd and the 4th January. Colletts Drive, Cheltenham: The number plate was stolen from a motorcycle whilst it was parked outside a shop in Colletts Drive in Cheltenham. This occurred at about 8.30pm on January 3. Anyone with any information please quote incident 371 of January 3, 2025 Please use anti-theft screws to protect your number plate.

Midwinter Close, Cheltenham: A burglary was reported in Midwinter Close in Cheltenham. This was discovered on December 5. It is not known what has been taken as yet. Anyone with any information please quote incident 111 of January 5, 2025

Siddington, Cirencester: The communal area of a premises in Siddington near Cirencester was broken into and several bikes were stolen. This occurred overnight from January 3 to January 4. If you have any information in regard to this please quote Incident 88 of January 4, 2025.

Colletts Drive, Cheltenham: The number plate was stolen from a motorcycle whilst it was parked outside a shop in Colletts Drive in Cheltenham. This occurred at about 8.30pm hours on January 3. New Street, Gloucester: A car was entered overnight in New Street Gloucester, This occurred on New Years Eve. A Passport and other papers were stolen from inside. Anyone with any information please quote incident 135 of January 2. 2025

Millbrook Street Gloucester: A car was entered overnight in Millbrook Street Gloucester. This occurred from January 1 into 2. A lap top computer was stolen from inside. Anyone with any information please quote incident 87 of January 2, 2025 Please ensure that your vehicle is locked and that there no valuables left inside.

Anson Close, Moreton-in-Marsh: Vauxhall car was entered in Anson Close in Moreton in the Marsh and cash was stolen. This occurred overnight from January 1 into 2. If you have any information in regard to this please quote Incident 123 of January 2, 2025. Please ensure that your vehicle is locked and that there no valuables left inside

George Street, Nailsworth: A business premises in George Street in Nailsworth was broken into and an Evari electric bike was stolen. This occurred at 00.40am on January 3. If you have any information in regard to this please quote Incident 15 of January 3, 2025.
