Tesco issues Clubcard update for all shoppers with deadline of February 17

Tesco has issued a major update for Clubcard users who have used the scheme over the past year. The shop chain has launched Clubcard Unpacked, providing a rundown of your shopping.

Similar to Spotify Unwrapped, this shows your most purchased items, how much cash you have saved and how many points you have totted up. You can view your 2024 Clubcard Unpacked on the Tesco app and website from January 6 to February 17.

The snapshot shows how many points you accrued from your shopping from January 1 to December 17. Tesco explains: “Your video is ready to spill the beans on how you shopped in 2024. Watch yours now and if you dare to share, post your best bits with #ClubcardUnpacked.”

Tesco is also offering £5 worth of Clubcard points to 40,000 lucky shoppers, too. To be in with a chance of winning the prize, just watch your personalised Clubcard Unpacked video and hit ‘Yes’ to throw your hat in the ring, reports Birmingham Live.

Tesco urged customers: “The more you use your Clubcard, the more we can tell you about your shopping habits in next year’s Clubcard Unpacked. Remember to scan yours in-store and connect it to your online account.” Clubcard customers can get deals on weekly picks and new items.

You will also be stacking up points that can be redeemed as vouchers, whenever you shop at Tesco. Clubcard holders can also double their voucher value with Tesco Partners, a scheme that competes with those of Sainsbury’s, Morrisons, Asda, and budget favourites like Lidl and Aldi.
