Alison Hammond, the popular television presenter, has been lauded by fellow celebrities for revealing her natural, makeup free face. The 49 year old star, who recently lost an impressive 11 stone, took to social media to share a candid snap of herself without any make-up, causing quite a stir among her fans.
The Great British Bake Off host, who has sparked speculation about a possible split from her younger boyfriend, posted a photo on Instagram showing her working out in the gym. The This Morning presenter was seen beaming broadly and sporting braids.
In the picture, she is seen on a treadmill, wearing workout gear and headphones, with not a trace of makeup. Alongside this ‘real’ image, Alison also shared a glamorous selfie taken on the set of This Morning shortly after her gym session.

With her long hair styled in curls, she sported a full face of flawless makeup and dramatic false eyelashes. Accompanying the images, Alison wrote: “Without or with makeup, I’ll always be enough! Embrace both looks and keep real.”
She further encouraged others to embrace their own natural beauty, adding: “Your beauty is You and the fact there ain’t no one like you in the whole wide world! ” At the time of writing, Alison’s post had been up for just three hours but had already garnered a whopping 94,700 likes.
