Masked Singer star Davina McCall is reportedly ‘rethinking’ her future with partner Michael Douglas following her recovery from surgery to remove a brain tumour.
Speaking to New! magazine, an insider revealed that the 57 year old television personality might change her mind about not marrying her partner, who has been an unwavering support during her health crisis: “It has made her rethink many things and especially her relationship with Michael.
“He’s been such a rock for her during this and now her focus is to spend more time with him and show how grateful she is to have him.”
The source went on to say: “Davina has always said they won’t get married but after this, she will be rethinking about their future. It’s given her a lot to think about.”

Despite hints that the couple may be considering marriage, it was just last year when Davina dismissed the idea, expressing: “(Marriage is) not even on the table, it’s just not. He’s been (married before) so we both just feel like we are happy, let’s not rock the boat. Let’s just keep things on the down-low.”
This new insight into the couple’s potential plans follows two months after Davina informed her Instagram followers of her diagnosis with a benign colloid cyst, and her successful operation to remove it, stating she was ‘on the other side’, reports Bristol Live.
Davina McCall has mentioned to her followers one challenge she’s facing: “My short-term memory is a bit remiss but that’s something I can work on. I’m writing down everything I’m doing to keep myself feeling safe.”
Known for her wide range of presenting roles over the years, Davina became a household name in the 2000s as the host of Big Brother during its golden era. Beyond her iconic hosting of the reality series, the mother of three has also helmed the incredibly popular Long Lost Family, which brings together family members after lengthy separations.
Most recently Davina has taken a place on the judges panel of the Masked Singer alongside Jonathan Ross and Mo Gilligan.
