On certain dates this winter, the space will be turned into a lavish and opulent dining room with fine dining menus, if you’re looking for a way to celebrate a special occasion.
The first event, taking place on January 25, has been created by celebrity chef and owner of zero-waste restaurant Silo, Douglas McMaster.
This three-course fine dining menu will showcase Douglas’ culinary talent for creating zero-waste dishes.

The experience will allow diners to eat underneath Luke Jerram’s latest creation – Helios – known as the largest star within the galaxy.
The experience will begin with canapés and sustainable English wine, before dining on a three course menu, with the option to have wine pairings or non-alcoholic botanical drinks to accompany the meal.
The evening will be concluded with a talk from the chef himself, who will speak on the topic of creating sustainable dishes.

This will be followed by a further dining experience taking place on Valentine’s Day (February 14), where guests can dine in the romantic setting of the Painted Hall along with live entertainment.
Guests can dine on a three-course menu alongside champagne, where couples will be serenaded by live music and will leave with a red rose as a token of the evening.
The Sustainable Fine Dining Event will be priced from £150 a person and the Valentine’s Dinner at £125.
