Emmerdale’s Moira Dingle, played by Natalie J Robb, has a sinister plan for her husband Caleb after his affair, and soap enthusiasts believe they’ve figured it out.
Moira has had a challenging few months. Last year, she received the life-altering news of a brain tumour diagnosis, following unusual behaviour and seizures.
She underwent surgery in November, unaware that during this time, her husband Cain (Jeff Hordley) was having an affair with his sister-in-law Ruby Fox-Miligan (Beth Cordingly). Cain has been grappling with guilt since his unexpected sexual encounter with Ruby, all while trying to keep their affair a secret.
However, Ruby’s abusive father Anthony (Nicholas Day) arrived in the village and discovered the affair – but assured Ruby he would remain silent, reports Leeds Live.

Despite hoping the surgery would end her ordeal, Moira was devastated to learn she would need follow-up radiotherapy. Doctors warned that the tumour could return without further treatment.
This week, as Moira prepared for her radiotherapy programme, Cain vowed to support her through the treatment. However, his guilt continued to surface, arousing Moira’s suspicions. Emmerdale fans are now speculating that Moira Dingle is aware of Cain and Ruby’s interactions and might be plotting revenge.

On social media, one Emmerdale enthusiast theorised on a fan page: “I think all this time Moira has known about Cain and Ruby and is either wanting to forget and move on or getting ready for her revenge. Thoughts? “.
Many fans agreed with the sentiment. Another viewer expressed: “Yes Moira definitely knows something is wrong.” While a third added, “I agree. Hate that they have done this to Cain and Moira! ” There were more who shared the same opinion, with one saying, “I said this last night too. I think she will snap” and another eagerly awaiting the fallout: “Can’t wait for it all to come out! S*** is going to hit the fan.”
Emmerdale airs weeknights on ITV1 and ITVX at 7.30pm
