The much-anticipated crime drama The Crow Girl, has made its debut on Paramount+, leaving viewers intrigued about the filming locations of the gripping series.
The six-part thriller centres around DCI Jeanette Kilburn (portrayed by Eve Myles) and her partner DI Lou Stanley (Dougray Scott), who are on a relentless pursuit of a serial killer leaving the bodies of brutally beaten young men in their path.
As the urgency to apprehend the perpetrator intensifies, Jeanette enlists the assistance of psychotherapist Dr Sophia Craven (Katherine Kelly) to provide a fresh outlook on the investigation.
Together, they strive to unravel the complex web that’s causing fear for the safety of young men across the city.
Based on the best-selling trilogy by Erik Ax Sund and adapted by writer Milly Thomas, The Crow Girl premiered in full on Paramount+ on Thursday, January 16.

The Crow Girl Filming Locations
Set in Bristol, The Crow Girl was also filmed extensively around the city, with production commencing in March 2024.
A significant portion of the action unfolds at the Bristol Metropolitan Police station, which was set up in the former Bank of England building on Wine Street for the series.
Filming also took place in Castle Park, including scenes shot on Castle Bridge and in the surrounding St Jude’s area.
For some scenes, the cast and crew ventured beyond the city limits, shooting in Brean in neighbouring Somerset.
Key sequences of ‘The Crow Girl’, especially in the fifth episode, were filmed on the picturesque Brean Sands beach and the imposing Brean Down.

Eve Myles, celebrated for her role in BBC’s ‘Keeping Faith’, shared insights into her character ahead of the show’s debut.
She revealed: “Jeanette doesn’t beat around the bush, is unfiltered, unforgiving and relentless.
“She’s juggling work and her family but this case is the start of something that changes her life.
“She knows that this isn’t going to stop, and she’ll go to any lengths to get answers.”
