Molly-Mae Hague reveals she “hasn’t been honest with anyone” following her public break-up with Tommy Fury.
The 25-year-old star’s new documentary, Molly-Mae: Behind It All, provides an intimate insight into her relationship with the boxer, also 25.
The pair, who first crossed paths on the fifth series of Love Island in 2019, announced their split in August 2024. This led to rumours of infidelity on Fury’s part, allegations he later refuted.
In the third episode of the Amazon Prime Original series, Molly-Mae reveals her struggle to talk about the break-up, confessing she’s still “holding on to hope.”
“I think really I haven’t been honest with anyone in the situation because actually I’ve just been holding on to the hope and the idea that as soul mates we will always come back together,” she discloses.

“Because even though I’ve been saying to everyone around me like, ‘Yeah, we’re done, we’re done,’ I made the choice to end our relationship, but I didn’t want this to happen,” she further adds.
The ex-couple, now sharing parenting duties for their one year old daughter, Bambi, are still figuring out their new dynamic. Molly-Mae admits: “I don’t want to not be together. I know we can’t be right now because he has to work on himself, but it’s so hard because all I want is to be with him.”
In another part of the documentary, the star reflects on how her personal experiences with alcohol impacted their relationship.

She remembers a particularly poignant moment: “At my sister’s wedding, I pleaded with Tommy—I begged him—not to drink. It’s just really sad. It affected me.”
