A 31-year-old was reported after what he was seen doing on a major road

Just when they thought they’d “seen it all”, officers from Merseyside Police discovered something which made them further question their reality. At 8.55am yesterday (Wednesday, January 8) on Speke Hall Avenue, a driver was found hanging out the window of his car “Ace Ventura style” while its windscreen was blanketed in snow and ice.
The driver, a 31-year-old man, was reported for the offence as the driver was “not in position to have a full view” of the road. Merseyside Police’s Roads Policing Unit took to Twitter to share a picture of the snowy vehicle, saying: “Just when you think you have seen it all!
“This vehicle was being driven exactly as you see it in the picture with the driver hanging out of the window Ace Ventura style. We didn’t think we needed to say it, but that is simply not acceptable and the driver has been reported.”
In a further, more light-hearted post, the unit had caught Police Dog Mo doing “exactly the same thing” as he got “the cars ready for patrol,” adding: “No extra treats tonight and an educational talking to from his handler!”
