The supermarket’s range of equipment, available in stores, is ideal for those wanting to improve their cardio and strengthen muscles without the gym fees. The standout product is Aldi’s sleek exercise bike, priced at just £79.99. It features a fully adjustable saddle with seven height options and an LCD screen to monitor speed, calories burned, time, distance and heart rate, as reported by The Daily Record.
Aldi’s Specialbuys aisle is currently stocked with weights aimed at boosting muscle mass. These include a four-in-one dumbbell set priced at just £24.99 and weighted rings priced at £19.99.
For those targeting their abs, by training core and abdominal muscles, an ab roller is available for only £4.99. An adjustable ankle weight, also available for £4.99, can add resistance to your cardio workouts.
