A thief has stolen from a total of 22 players at a Staffordshire village hall while two teams played football on a pitch outside. The raid took place at Shenstone Village Hall in Barnes Road on Saturday, September 21.
The thief entered the hall in the village which lies between Lichfield and Sutton Coldfield and ‘ransacked’ both changing rooms.
He stole personal items including mobile phones and bank cards belonging to players from both teams. Staffordshire Police officers have reviewed CCTV footage and have now released images of a man officers would like to speak to.
