Bank of Dave 2: The Loan Ranger is on the way, so who will be joining Rory Kinnear in the Netflix sequel?

Two years after the first Bank of Dave film, Netflix is continuing to tell the true story of Dave Fishwick (played by Rory Kinnear), who set up a community bank in Burnley.

The next movie, The Loan Ranger, sees him go after payday lenders, praying on vulnerable people and travelling to America to fulfill his mission.

Ahead of the Netflix film coming out, here’s everything there is to know about the cast.

Dave Fishwick – Rory Kinnear

Dave Fishwick became the local hero in Burnley as the former minibus driver set up a community bank and, in turn, became a self-made millionaire.

In this next film, he focuses on fighting back against payday lenders and loan sharks.

Actor Rory Kinnear is reprising his role as Dave Fishwick. He is already well known for playing Bill Tanner in the James Bond franchise.

Jessica – Chrissy Metz

American journalist Jessica investigates the financial sector for work when her research leads her to Dave and his mission.

Actress Chrissy Metz is best known for playing Kate Pearson in the US drama This is Us, but she has also appeared in Stay Awake, American Horror Story, and Sierra Burgess Is A Loser.

Oliver – Amit Shah

Oliver is a local Citizens Advice counsellor who gets closer to Jessica as he helps Dave with his mission.

Actor Amit Shah played pharmacist Faisal Bhatti in the final season of BBC’s Happy Valley, as well as Jas Singh in Mr Bates vs The Post Office.

Carlo Mancini – Rob Delaney

Actor Rob Delaney is best known for playing Rob Norris in the comedy series Catastrophe as well as Peter Wisdom in the Deadpool franchise with actor Ryan Reynolds.

Delaney portrays a “cold-blooded American loan shark” in Carlo Mancini, the CEO of a payday loan company that Dave wants to take down.

Sir Charles Denbigh – Hugh Bonneville

Actor Hugh Bonneville is arguably best known for starring in Downton Abbey, as well as the Paddington movies and W1A.

Most recently, he has been in Netflix’s I Came By and the ITV drama Douglas Is Cancelled, which he co-starred in with former Doctor Who star Karen Gillan.

Bonneville is reprising his role as Sir Charles Denbigh, a banker who was determined to get the Bank of Dave closed down in the first film.

David H – Pearce Quigley

Actor Pearce Quigley, who has had roles in Cutting It, Detectorists, and Netflix’s The Gentlemen, plays David H, the chief financial officer of the Bank of Dave.

Nicky Fishwick – Jo Hartley

Actress Jo Hartley was behind Cynth in the This Is England series and film, as well as After Life, Passenger, The Young Victoria, and In My Skin.

Hartley portrays Nicky Fishwick, Dave’s supportive wife, in the Bank of Dave franchise.

Detective Mitch Adams – Dan Fogler

Detective Mitch Adams, who gets involved in Dave’s mission, is played by Dan Fogler, who will be remembered for starring as Jacob Kowalski in the Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them films.

Some of his other roles have been in The Walking Dead, The Offer, and The Goldbergs.

Margot – Leila Farzad

Margot, an employee of Carlo Mancini who tries to intimidate Dave into dropping his investigation, is played by Better and I Hate Suzie actress Leila Farzad.
