The Traitors star Fozia has revealed how she would spend the prize money – if she makes it through to the end of the hit show. The Birmingham community development manager, 50, has already been through more than most of the players despite only appearing in a few episodes.
She was one of three contestants who voluntarily exited the show after host Claudia Winkleman revealed a massive twist in the first episode. Fozia was first to exit her train carriage after the contestants were told one player from each carriage had to leave the show – and quickly or the whole team would lose thousands of pounds for every minute that passed.
She returned to the BBC show last week in another twist as the three players who had voluteered to leave the competition were placed inside cages hanging from trees in the wood, and had to get the other contestants to buy their place in the competition. Only two could return, and it was Fozia who was first to be brought down to the ground and back into the show.

But now she is at risk again after being selected to play a game by the Traitors at the end of the last episode. The “death match” game saw four players each trying to win a ‘life card’ to stay in the game – with just Fozia and Leon left at the end of the episode going head to head to save their place in the game.
Speaking ahead of the show, Fozia revealed what she would do with the prize money if she managed to make it to the end of the show – including changing up her look.
She said: “Ooh, the prize money. I could do with a new set of veneers. My niece is calling me Nanny McPhee. That’s how bad it looks!
“But now on a serious note, I’ve got two, I say kids, but they’re adults, and they need to fly the nest. South Asian weddings, they cost a bomb. If it’s up to my dad he’s going to invite the postman and the local councillor!
“The prize money would help with paying for my kids’ weddings, paying the mortgage off and I’m 50 so I want to kind of retire early.”
The Traitors returns to BBC One at 9pm on Wednesday, January 15.
