Best primary schools in every Yorkshire town and city

The best performing schools in Yorkshire have been revealed.

Latest figures have revealed the proportion of primary school pupils who have achieved the expected standards as they leave Year 6 in every Yorkshire primary school. Every pupil leaving primary school is assessed for their reading, writing and maths skills.

The latest data, for the 2023-24 academic year, has revealed 59.6 per cent of pupils in Yorkshire achieved the expected standards. This is compared to 61 per cent across England.

Below, we’ve listed the best performing primary school in every Yorkshire town, city and area. The top 10 primary schools with the highest proportion of pupils achieving the expected standard in Yorkshire are:
