Nestled within Debenhams’ online sale pages is a perfume that I’ve adored for over a decade. It’s a scent that stirs up nostalgia, as it was one of the first perfumes I received as a young teenager which introduced me to the enchanting world of fragrances and taught me how a scent can influence your mood and complete an outfit.
Marc Jacobs Daisy Eau De Toilette is the ideal daytime fragrance, bursting with floral scents reminiscent of warm summer days. Debenhams is currently offering 20% off this dreamy perfume, with a 50ml bottle now priced at £56 (RRP £70) and a 100ml bottle is £79.20 (RRP £90).

As the name implies, Marc Jacobs Daisy belongs to the floral fragrance family and features top notes of wild berries and white violet, heart notes of jasmine infusion, and base notes of sandalwood. Not only is the scent divine, it’s housed in a chic bottle adorned with blooming white daisies on the lid – it looks beautiful displayed on a dressing table.
The perfume launched in 2007, and it hasn’t lost its charm, remaining a favourite among beauty fans, including myself – I can’t get enough of its long-lasting scent. On the Debenhams website, the fragrance is described as: “A radiant Marc Jacobs perfume for women that embraces the sheer joy of living, a liquid embodiment of pure glowing sunshine that perfectly mirrors the Daisy woman’s approach to everything she does: glorious, optimistic, playful and highly original.”

I’m not the only person who adores the fragrance, as it has earned an impressive overall rating of 4.7 out of five across 493 reviews. A thrilled customer said: “This perfume will forever be my favourite. The scent is light and not at all overpowering. It’s versatile and I get compliments every time I wear it. The bottle is also cute, which is a bonus.”
A second review highlights: “It has a lovely warm scent to it coming from the sandalwood which is what stands out to me the most. Not only does this smell amazing, but it lasts all day as well.”
“This perfume smells beautiful,” wrote another satisfied shopper. “It has floral notes with hints of jasmine. A few sprays goes a long way and it lasts for hours.
