The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) has said people who have any of the following health conditions “qualify” for an extra £300-plus per month. The DWP is paying out £362 a month to people with certain medical conditions that affects how many hours they can work.

You also need to have both worked as an employee or have been self-employed and paid enough National Insurance contributions, usually in the last 2 to 3 years.
