Feral gang batter teen outside Glasgow McDonald’s before turning on Good Samaritan

A gang of feral youths battered a teenage boy in a violent attack in Glasgow before turning on a Good Samaritan.

Horrifying footage shared online showed a seven-strong group of youngsters pounce on the boy outside a McDonald’s on Sauchiehall Street, on Tuesday night.

The boy was knocked to the group before the prowling gang set about landing punches.

One youth can be seen kicking his head and another smacks him with a bottle while a group of girls, clutching bottles of Buckfast, also watch on laughing.

The gang lay into their victim as he lies on the ground.

A Good Samaritan wearing grey shorts and a blue hoodie can then be seen running across the street to help the injured boy, before the group then turns on him.

The man appears to be struck with a bottle of Buckfast by the gang, as glass can be heard smashing.

The incident seen in the video, which was sent to the Record, is understood to have taken place between 7pm and 8pm.
