Coronation Street fans have been left concerned for Carla Connor following a recent health scare.
In recent scenes, Carla was rushed to hospital and left distraught upon learning that her kidney damage is severe, necessitating a transplant.
On Thursday’s episode, Carla’s nephew Ryan Connor offered to donate a kidney if he’s a match, but she refused to consider it.
However, Carla’s attention was soon diverted when she realised her other nephew, Bobby Crawford, had disappeared, leaving her wondering about his whereabouts.
It transpired that Bobby had gone to Highfield Prison to see his father and Carla’s brother, Rob. The plot thickened when Rob discovered that Bobby had come to convince him to donate a kidney to Carla.

In 1999, Carla married Paul Connor, meaning she gained Liam Connor as a brother-in-law and Michelle Connor as a sister-in-law.
