Lorraine Kelly found herself in the role of peacekeeper as she waded into calm a live on-air spat between Paul Whitehouse and his wife Mine during a discussion over an “announcement” they were supposed to make together.
The couple joined her on the ITV show to chat about their fresh podcast venture ‘I’m ADHD – No You’re Not!’ when tensions flared, leaving the Scottish presenter somewhat at a loss for words.
It all kicked off when Mine subtly prodded Paul to reveal their “announcement”, but he failed to understand her. Visibly irked, the duo engaged in a disagreement about the nature of what was to be disclosed.
“You told me I wasn’t allowed to say anything,” Mine exasperatedly pointed out as she tried in vain to steer Paul towards speaking about their upcoming tour only to have the moment pass by him unnoticed, reports the Daily Record.
