Jason Orange still part of Take That’s financial setup years after departure

Jason Orange sent shockwaves around the world back in 2014 when he made the unexpected announcement that he was leaving Take That. The bombshell came nearly a decade after Robbie Williams had already branched out on his solo journey from the cherished pop group.

Despite Gary Barlow’s recent confirmation that “Jason isn’t coming back, Take That is Mark, Howard and me for the next few years,” the 54-year-old has seemingly vanished from public view.

Seldom seen except for a few reported glimpses in Manchester and London, the singer has chosen to lead a very private existence in the Cotswolds. While Take That has carried on triumphing as a trio on tour, it seems Jason remains fiscally linked to the band.

Records at Companies House reveal Jason as an active participant in Take That Publishing LLP, which has been operational since 2009 and is still running strong. His name appears alongside ex-bandmates Gary, Howard Donald and Mark Owen.

This establishment is known as the sole publishing agency of the band, having been last officially confirmed in October and is set to undergo its next confirmation in October 2025, reports the Express.

Under the media radar, Jason was most recently snapped in London after grabbing a caffeine fix at The Ivy. Nonetheless, he experienced a bit of a snag when he discovered a parking ticket had been slapped onto his vintage Mercedes.

Sporting a head of grey hair, chic dark sunglasses, and some matching grey stubble, Jason looked a far cry from his well-known days with the band.

Upon returning to his vintage 1970s vehicle, he was spotted removing the yellow ticket from the windscreen.
