Katie Price’s inner circle is reportedly worried that she may be becoming “obsessed” with undergoing cosmetic surgeries, as it’s understood she’s planning another operation to alter her ears. According to what friends and sources divulged to Closer UK, Katie, 46, is expected to travel to Turkey this month for what will be the first time she undergoes surgery in 2025; she intends to rectify what she believes to be ‘pixie ears’ resulting from a past facelift.
The procedure includes having her ears detached and then sewn back into a position more to her liking.
Insiders sharing their thoughts with Closer revealed not only details of Katie’s forthcoming ear surgery but also their growing apprehension regarding her continuous body transformations. Since rising to fame around the turn of the millennium, Katie has undergone numerous bodily alterations, such as over 15 breast augmentations and a facelift.
Expressing concerns, a source explained to the publication: “Friends think Katie has gone too far. They feel like she’s obsessed and loves the attention – and the money from the pictures – that the surgery brings in.”

They further remarked on the seemingly incessant nature of her cosmetic enhancements, adding: “It seems to them like she’s locked into a dangerous ugly cycle, but Katie loves being able to reinvent herself and looks at a procedures list like a menu. She wants to try everything,” reports the Daily Record.
Concerns have been raised once again about Katie Price’s well-being. Last year, the Record was informed by a source of her ambitions to achieve extreme body modifications.
They disclosed: “Katie not only wants the biggest lips and boobs in the business but, in a shocking revelation made at The Glamour Awards, she also wants the smallest waist, setting her sights on 22 inches.”

In an interview with Closer towards the end of last year, after her 17th breast operation, she admitted considering therapy for her surgery compulsion. She said: “I think I need therapy when it comes to surgery. I wouldn’t say I’ve got body dysmorphia, but there’s obviously an underlying something why I feel the need to get surgery, or why I look in the mirror and think, ‘I want to change that, or that’. What you’ve got to remember is that I’m four years away from being 50 so I’m entitled to [do] whatever I want to my face.”
