Footballer Kyle Walker and his wife Annie Kilner put on a united front in a photo alongside their four children amid them celebrating the festive period together as a family.
Annie, 32, has reportedly been considering divorcing Kyle, 34, after two years of marriage. They however spent some time together over Christmas with their children Roman, 13, Riaan, eight, Reign, five, and eight-month-old Rezon.
Manchester City player Kyle has since shared a photo of them all posing in front of a Christmas tree on his Instagram Story as he celebrated the New Year. The photo, uploaded on Wednesday, showed the family wearing matching plaid pajamas as they stood in the hallway of their home.
Kyle and Annie were seen smiling in the photo, whilst their kids’ faces were covered by white heart emojis. Alongside the photo, Kyle wrote in a message to his followers on the platform: “Merry Christmas and happy new year.”
The post suggests that Kyle and Annie’s relationship is amicable amid speculation over their marriage. It was reported towards the end of last year that they were no longer speaking and Annie is said to have filed for divorce in October.
It was reported last month that Kyle and Annie were set to spend Christmas together with their kids, despite reports of a potential divorce.

A source had told the Sun: “She couldn’t bear the thought of him waking up alone on Christmas Day without his children. They’re putting everything to one side to save the kids from any more heartache.”
A source has since told the Daily Mail that Kyle and Annie are not “fully reconciled” amid speculation that there is tension in the marriage. The source said: “It has been a difficult road and they are up and down. At this point they do not know if they will be able to be fully reconciled. The ultimate goal is that the children are OK.”
The source added that when they separated they said they would “stay united” for their children. The source said the divorce is “on hold” and they are still discussing what the next year “might look like for them” while still living together.
Teasing Christmas plans, a source previously told the outlet: “Annie is a strong woman who just wants to see her boys happy, she will do anything for them but she hasn’t forgotten what Kyle has done. This is about the kids, and the kids only.”
Kyle and Annie’s relationship has faced scandal in recent years over him having fathered two children with Lauryn Goodman, 33. Kyle has fathered children Kairo, four, and Kinara, one, with the star who appeared on Celebs Go Dating last year.
Following the news that Kyle had fathered a second child with Lauryn, it was announced last year that Annie was taking “some time away” from Kyle, but they were later thought to have reconciled. It was reported in September that he had moved back into the family home but that there was still “work to be done” in their marriage.
More recently, it was reported that Kyle and Annie were no longer on speaking terms and that she filed for divorced in October. Annie was spotted wearing her wedding ring at an event last month though, but she didn’t appear to be wearing it in a photo she shared just weeks later.
