A man was taken to hospital after being punched and kicked in the head at a nightclub in Liverpool city centre. The 20-year-old was attacked in Baa Bar on Fleet Street at around 2am on Sunday, November 10 2024.
The victim was out with friends and while leaving the nightclub, a man punched him several times in the face. He fell to the floor where the suspect then kicked him in the face and head. The victim sustained several face fractures which required hospital treatment.
Police have now issued a CCTV image of a man they believe could assist with their enquiries. Detective Constable Jan Lea said: “The victim has sustained serious injuries which have left him in pain and worried about going out.
“We are appealing for witnesses and have released CCTV images of a man we believe could have information that could help our enquiries into this attack. I would also urge anyone else who has information on the assault to please come forward and help with our enquiries.”
