A man and a woman attempted to break into a number of homes in Cheltenham. Police received seven reports of a man and a woman trying door handles to gain entry to properties in the town.
The incidents took place between 11.45pm on Wednesday (January 15) and 12.30am on Thursday (January 16). The first incident involved a property on Lipson Road, followed by one on Welch Road and then Howell Road shortly before midnight.
There was a fourth incident on Peter Pinnell Close, another on Springbank Road and one more on Hesters Way Lane. Police have said that there was also an incident on Old Gloucester Road.
It is thought that other incidents may have taken place, but have not yet been reported. Gloucestershire Police are now appealing for victims, witnesses or anyone with CCTV footage to get in contact.
