The Masked Singer fans believe they have already worked out Kingfisher’s identity just seconds into show – and it’s a TV comedy legend.
The ITV show’s sixth series premiered on Saturday night, with a group performance of the Spice Girls’ hit Who Do You Think You Are, featuring this year’s celebrities in their elaborate costumes.
As they sang, viewers became convinced that one contestant had inadvertently revealed their identity through their distinctive voice. Fans took to social media to share their theories, claiming to have identified Kingfisher from just a single line of the song.
Many are adamant that comedy legend Harry Hill, known for his TV Burp show and physical comedy, is the person behind the mask. One fan posted on social media: “I hear Harry Hill,” while another agreed: “From that one opening line, the weird bird is Harry Hill? .”
