Meghan Markle has sparked a fan frenzy by releasing the first glitzy trailer for her eagerly-awaited Netflix series.
After returning to Instagram on New Year’s Day, the Duchess of Sussex released the first promo for her new show, With Love, Meghan, which will premiere on the streaming platform later this month.
The eight-part series is set to feature Meghan inviting friends and famous guests to a California estate, where she shares cooking, gardening and hosting tips – and since the trailer dropped, fans have poured over every detail – even spotting Prince Harry making a very fleeting cameo, looking cosy with his wife.

But another part of the trailer also got fans talking as they claimed to spot a link in the promo to the Princess of Wales. In one part of the one-minute and a half-minute teaser, Meghan can be seen donning protective gear and heading to a beehive to collect honey. And fans couldn’t help but notice that Kate too is known to be a fan of beekeeping and also once posted on her official social media accounts a photo of her in protective clothing tending to a beehive. It came in May 2023 as the princess marked World Bee Day.
It is believed that Kate and Prince William keep bees at their Anmer Hall property on the Sandringham estate. Beekeeping is a hobby that Kate reportedly shares with her younger brother James.

And after noticing the link, one wrote on X: “You know who keeps bees? And has for years? Princess Catherine. She has bees at their Norfolk home and makes her own honey.” While another pointed out: “We spotted a beekeeper and honey on the trailer… remember King Charles and Princess Catherine are hobbyist beekeepers.”
The trailer for With Love, Meghan, comes as a promotional synopsis for it explains: “This inspiring series, produced by Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, reimagines the genre of lifestyle programming, blending practical how-tos and candid conversation with friends, new and old.
“Meghan shares personal tips and tricks, embracing playfulness over perfection and highlights how easy it can be to create beauty, even in the unexpected. She and her guests roll up their sleeves in the kitchen, the garden, and beyond, and invite you to do the same.”
Actresses Mindy Kaling and former Suits star Abigail Spencer, plus chefs Roy Choi and Alice Waters are among the guests who appear on the 33-minute shows. Harry and Meghan’s company, Archewell Productions, helped to make the series and she also gets a credit as one of its executive producers. The couple have a multimillion-pound deal with streaming giant Netflix. Harry and Meghan are also executive producers of Polo, which aired on the platform in December.
The documentary was the Sussexes’ first since Heart Of Invictus, which aired some 16 months earlier and followed a group of service members on their road to the Invictus Games, the Paralympic-style sporting competition set up by Harry in 2014 for injured and sick military personnel and veterans. It followed Live To Lead, about leaders who have dedicated themselves to social justice, in 2022, and before that, the couple’s controversial six-part Harry & Meghan documentary.
