For those trying to add more nutritious food into their diet, this dish is an ideal choice for breakfast.
Eating healthily needn’t mean sacrificing flavour. A personal trainer has shared his ultimate “low carb” breakfast which brims with protein.
On TikTok, @jessept uploaded a video guiding viewers through one of his go-to meals that’s sure to keep you full due to its hearty ingredients.
Jesse explains: “Did you know that if you add egg whites, canned tomatoes, spinach, onion, and capsicum to a bowl, mix, then top with two eggs, chorizo crumb, and feta cheese and cook that in the oven, you get this high-protein breakfast bowl”.
He suggests thinking of it as a “template”, so you can add or remove whatever you want to the recipe to make it to your liking.
