Peter Andre has made the heartfelt decision that Arabella, his youngest daughter with wife Emily MacDonagh, will be their final child. The couple welcomed little Arabella in April last year, making her a much younger sibling to Peter’s eldest son Junior, 19, whom he shares with ex Katie Price.
With Peter now at 51 years old, he’s come to realise that the sleepless nights with a newborn are more challenging than they were 20 years ago.
Despite relishing fatherhood, the Mysterious Girl singer admits to Bella magazine that the “lack of sleep” with a new baby is quite different now compared to when he was younger. He notes that while Junior and Princess, his older children with ex Katie Price, are a great help with household tasks and school runs, his 11 year old daughter Millie shines as the “ultimate” big sister to Arabella.
Peter has cherished being a dad, but he confirms that his days of welcoming babies into the world are behind him. Reflecting on his experience, he told Bella: “It has been an amazing experience, but I think what’s happened this time around is that I’ve realised this is our last time.”

He added: “I’ve never had a limit before – it was always that I’d love to have five or six kids, but I now know this is it. At 51, the lack of sleep feels a little different than at 31,” reports the Mirror.
Millie, Theo, aged eight, and Arabella are Peter and Emily’s shared brood, while Junior and Princess are Peter’s children from his previous marriage.
The couple are set to celebrate a decade of marital bliss this year, having exchanged vows at Mamhead House in Devon back in 2015. However, their anniversary plans may have to be put on hold due to Peter’s jam-packed schedule for 2025.

The upcoming year will see him embarking on a tour with The Best of Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons, making an appearance in a film, creating more music, and even featuring in a 10-part murder mystery series. Despite being tight-lipped about the show, Peter is hopeful that they can commemorate their anniversary by revisiting Santorini, the small Greek island where they honeymooned.
Although it should ideally be a time for just the two of them, he concedes that they’re likely to bring along their entire family. He explains that they prefer to “do everything as a family”.

While 2025 might be “too crazy” to squeeze in a grand celebration, he hopes to “find something” to honour their 10-year union. Now in his 50s, Peter reflects on the wisdom he’s gained over the years.
He believes he’s a “better person” now than he was in his twenties, admitting that he was somewhat “arrogant” in his younger days. However, he credits becoming a father as the “start of the journey of me getting better”.
