Police are continuing to search an icy river in the hunt for missing sisters Eliza and Henrietta Huszti.
The sisters, 32, were last seen in Market Street at Victoria Bridge in Aberdeen, Scotland, at around 2.12am on Tuesday. Police previously said the River Dee was the focus of their investigation.
The two women are part of a set of triplets and originally from Hungary. Divers have already searched the part of the river close to where they were last seen on CCTV. The search was extended to include an area towards the Port of Aberdeen’s South Harbour and Duthie Park on Saturday.

Police are now conducting fresh searches along the River Dee. Detectives have said there is nothing to suggest anything suspicious had happened to Eliza and Henrietta. Police also made a fresh appeal for information on Saturday.
Ch Insp Darren Bruce said: “Eliza and Henrietta’s family are understandably extremely worried about them and we are working tirelessly to find them. We are seriously concerned about them and have significant resources dedicated to the inquiry. We are again urging the public to come forward with any information relating to Eliza and Henrietta’s whereabouts.
“The focus of our search remains the River Dee and I would again ask, if you were in the area at the time, please think back, did you notice anyone matching their description? Even if it doesn’t seem significant, please pass any information on and let us be the judge of that.”

Eliza and Henrietta’s brother Jozsef told the BBC the pair spoke to their mother on Saturday last week. He said they seemed “fine” in the days leading up to their disappearance.
The third triplet, Edit, also said they seemed happy when she spoke to them on New Year’s Eve, but noted how it was out of character for them to be walking in streets in the early hours of the morning. Eliza and Henrietta moved from Hungary to Scotland seven years ago.
The family said in a statement: “We kindly ask everyone for respect […] Please do not spread any unfounded rumours […] We can only say what’s already been in the news […] The family is not in a position to give everyone separate information […] Thank you all for being with us in these difficult times.”
