We’ve had Shrek, The Grinch, Hello Kitty and more – and now Primark is launching cafes themed around The Simpsons.
The cafes, featuring food and decor based on the animated American sitcom, are opening inside the retailer’s stores in Market Street Manchester and Trafford Palazzo.
There are all kinds of treats available, including milkshakes, waffles, toasties and a range of hot and cold drinks. Homer’s favourite pink doughnuts obviously make an appearance with a special The Doughnut Shake.

Costing £5.95, the doughnut sits atop a strawberry shake with white chocolate drizzle, whipped cream and sprinkles.
There are classic shakes too – strawberry, chocolate, or vanilla, for £4.25 – and a Nuts & Bubblegum Shake, with whipped cream, mixed nuts, bubble gum sauce, sprinkles and a bubble gum lace, also £5.95.
There’s a range of waffles, including the £6.95 Butter Bacon Waffle, and toasties, including The Loaded Toastie, also £6.95, with sliced beef, cheddar cheese, pink pickled onions and rocket, served with handcut crisps.

Hot drinks include The Chocolate Marshmallow, a smores hot chocolate topped with a giant marshmallow for £4.25.
The Simpsons cafes follow on from a range of themed cafes at the stores, where we’ve seen The Lion King, SpongeBob, Disney’s Stitch and others.
The cafés are open at Market Street and Trafford Palazzo, with other sites located in Cardiff, Birmingham, Belfast, Glasgow and Edinburgh.
