Primark has seriously impressed shoppers with its latest sportswear line, which has been praised for its ‘buttery soft’ feel and compared to Lululemon. Holly Barlow, who posts fashion and beauty content on TikTok as @Hollybarlowx showed off the items she loved during a recent shopping trip.
In her popular video, Holly said: “Girls, if your New Year’s resolution is working out, you need to get yourself down to Primark. It’s got all the new gym stuff in. They’ve got bags, water bottles, headphones, all the new gym stuff, really good quality, towels, really nice bags.”
As seen in Holly’s video, the selection includes duffle bags, rucksacks and activewear in a range of stylish colours. The fashion blogger also highlighted colourful tracksuit bottoms. “They’ve got Lululemon [alternatives], I’ve felt those tracksuits, they feel so buttery soft. They feel amazing,” Holly said.

Narrating her video, she continued: “All the pinks, all the blues, all sorts. All new sports bras. Brand new hats.” Other items visible in the video included jumpers, scrunchies and trainers.
Responding to the video, an impressed viewer wrote: “Might have to go have a look some lovely stuff.” A second wrote: “I love when they bring out new gym stuff.”
A third added: “I love when they bring out new gym stuff.” Someone else commented: “Oh my god,” and a fan replied: “Love Primark.”
While shoppers will have to head to the store to try on the new collection, fans can take a look at the range of activewear available on Primark’s website. There also an option to click and collect the products.
Options include the Butter Performance Jacket, available in two colours for £16, the Buttery Soft Gym T-Shirt, available in six colours for £9. There’s also Flared Yoga Leggings for £12, and the Co-ord Toggle Waist Joggers, available in two colours for £12.
Fans can also see some of the stylish sets in action on Primark’s Instagram. The brand has shared its Unstoppable campaign promoting the mental and physical health benefits of exercise.
