A number of transport providers are set to offer additional services to help Londoners travel to and from London during the festivities.
TFL has announced that a number of its services including the Tube, DLR and some Overground services will run all night, with some of them serving south east London.
Here’s what you need to know:
DLR
TFL has confirmed that the DLR will be running on New Year’s Eve with a Saturday service running during the day and a special “all-night service” running in the evening.
The DLR serves a number of south east London stations including Greenwich, Deptford and Lewisham, with travel links to central London via Bank station.
London Overground
Three London Overground lines will also run a special overnight service on New Year’s Eve, including the Windrush line which serves south east London.
Windrush line
The Windrush Line will run between Highbury & Islington and West Croydon and Crystal Palace, serving these south London stations:

- New Cross
- New Cross Gate
- Brockley
- Honor Oak Park
- Forest hill
- Sydenham
- Crystal Palace
- Penge West
- Anerley
- Norwood Junction
- West Croydon
- Queens Road Peckham
- Peckham Rye
- Denmark Hill
- Clapham High Street
- Wandsworth Road
- Clapham Junction
Mildmay line
The Mildmay line will run between Stratford and Clapham Junction and Richmond, and will therefore serve Clapham Junction in south London.
