Venisha Charlemagne, 38, was driving a stolen Tesla on Verdant Lane on September 30 when she collided with a number of other vehicles before ploughing into a house, causing extensive damage.
She gave a breathalyser reading of 77 micrograms of alcohol per 100 millilitres, more than double the 35 microgram legal limit.
Charlemagne, of Sunderland Road in Forest Hill, pleaded guilty drink driving, aggravated vehicle taking and dangerous driving at a Bromley Magistrates’ Court hearing on October 2 and was due to be sentenced at Woolwich Crown Court on Friday (January 10).
However, she failed to turn up at court and she could not be found at her home address.
Judge David Miller said: “I’m not totally surprised. She’s got an erratic history and she’s due to get a prison sentence so I’m sure that’s on her mind. She may be drunk somewhere, I don’t know.”
He issued a warrant for her arrest without bail, meaning when she is found she will be taken into custody.
Residents on Verdant Lane said Charlemagne’s crash was just one of many instances of terrible driving in the area.
In the days before her crash a BMW lost control at the junction with the A205 South Circular Road and crashed into a fireplace shop before a Mercedes collided with a bollard on the pavement after illegally cutting through an accessway to avoid Verdant Lane traffic.

Anna Rieser, 33, who moved to Verdant Lane three years ago, said she regularly sees school children involved in near misses as they try to cross the road, which lacks safe crossing points.
